Soul Recovery: What Comes After the Quit

Reset Opens December 4th

Write your awesome label here.

Quitting was never the end. It was the beginning of everything.

The Soul Recovery Reset expands on the What Comes After the Quit podcast — an eight-week rhythm of reflection and renewal, a space to reconnect with the parts of yourself that got lost along the way.

Rooted in neuroscience and trauma recovery principles, this work blends story and somatic reflection to help your nervous system re-learn safety, curiosity, and connection.

I want you to be sure this is right for you. So I created the Soul Recovery Primer — a gentle introduction to the work. You’ll receive the companion books, reflective prompts, and the original podcast series to explore at your own pace before the Reset opens.

You Don’t Need Another Plan. You Need a Rhythm.

Soul Recovery Reset wasn’t created to fix you.
It was born from the space that comes after you quit — the one no one warns you about.

The grief that shows up when the buffer is gone.
The regret that whispers about what you lost along the way.
The shame that tells you it’s too late to start over.
The broken relationships with others, and with yourself.
The soul crushing loneliness.

I’ve been there.

I walked through that silence, named the pain, and found a rhythm that helped me begin again — one rooted in reflection, honesty, and hope.

That rhythm became Soul Recovery Reset — a way to hold what hurts without having to hide from it anymore.

The Soul Recovery Primary Journey

Before you step into the Reset, I want you to have what helped me find my footing again — words, questions, and sounds that make the first days of healing feel possible.

These companion gifts aren’t homework; they’re invitations.
Each one is designed to help you understand the heart of this work — and yourself — a little more clearly.

The Original Podcast: What Comes After the Quit

Six short episodes that name the ache and possibility of beginning again.

They offer a place to listen, reflect, and feel less alone — the starting point for everything that follows.

Being Invitational — The Book: Part poetry,  Part Science.

A guide to trading old patterns for new possibilities.

Part philosophy, part poetry, part science. This book explores what it means to live with openness instead of armor and to meet change not as a threat, but as an act of courage.

The Being Invitational Companion & Reflection Flipbook

A small, interactive guide filled with echo questions and gentle prompts.

Use it alongside the podcast to deepen your reflections and begin mapping your own rhythm of recovery.

The Soul Recovery Reset

An Eight-Week Rhythm of Reflection and Renewal

The Reset was built for the space that comes after the quit — when you’ve stopped the habit but haven’t yet found your footing.

It’s a guided rhythm that meets you where you are, helping you reconnect with yourself week by week.

Each session weaves story and reflection to help you face what’s hard without losing hope — grief, anger, loneliness, and the fragile beginnings of belonging.

You’ll explore themes like letting go, rebuilding trust, and learning how to live again after everything that’s been lost.

There’s no pace to keep up with. You move in your own rhythm — and when the eight weeks are complete, the program remains yours to revisit whenever you need it.

The Rhythm of the Reset

🌍 Week 1 — The World

Reimagining your life after the quit.
Grounding in hope, imagination, and possibility.

🕯 Week 2 — The Beginning of Everything
Facing the emptiness that follows change.
Learning that not drinking isn’t the same as living.

💔 Week 3 — The Grief That Comes After
Making space for loss and honoring what once carried you.

🤍 Week 4 — Loneliness and Relearning Connection
Rebuilding the muscle of belonging — with yourself and others.

🔥 Week 5 — Anger, Shame, and the Stuff No One Wants to Admit
Turning toward the hard truths that free you.

🌀 Week 6 — When Healing Isn’t Linear
Letting go of perfection and learning to begin again (and again).

🌱 Week 7 — Integration and Identity
Reassembling the self — living from integrity, not image.

🌕 Week 8 — Living the Question

Why Enroll in the Soul Recovery Reset?

Most of us don’t begin again because we feel ready.
We begin because we’re tired of pretending we don’t need to.

We quit the thing that numbed us, and what’s left is everything we tried not to feel — the grief, the regret, the shame, the distance from the people we love and the person we used to be.

That’s where Soul Recovery Reset begins.

It’s not about getting fixed.
It’s about learning how to live again — slowly, honestly, in rhythm with your own life.

The books, the reflections, the community, the Reset itself — they’re here to help you stay with yourself long enough to find out what healing really feels like.
